Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7–10 working days. During busier periods, processing and delivery times may take approximately 12–15 working days.

Delivery Methods

• All standard deliveries are shipped via the local postal service, Maltapost.
• All registered post deliveries are also handled by Maltapost.
• Courier deliveries are carried out through third-party courier services.

Shipping Responsibility

Once orders are dispatched, they leave our premises in good condition and are the responsibility of the shipping provider.

We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or any damage caused during transit by the postal service or courier company. Any issues regarding shipping damage or delivery problems must be addressed directly between the customer and the shipping provider.

Unfortunately, we are not liable for refunds or replacements for items damaged or delayed during shipping.
